Is it possible to remove the hyperlinks in the error message when OTR is not enabled?

The hyperlinks in the message when someone requests OTR with you, but you don't have the plugin installed, has hyperlinks in them. This might be helpful in some places, but it is also harmful when you really don't want to open a browser on your machine. Would it be possible to remove the actual link?

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
